I didn't throw my bra at him...

...Would have probably given him a black eye. ( I was too far back, anyway).

Billy Joel concert was great, and I felt good that I could go with the clear conscience of having already walked yesterday morning and having eaten "pretty good" yesterday (they did have banana pudding at lunch, and it is absolutely my downfall). But rest of the day was good...light meal at P.F. Changs (didn't clean my plate) and no booze, snacks or bad things in between -- just heavenly music. Probably first time I ever went to a concert without having a drink or two before or during!

Didn't know starting out this adventure that one of the benefits would be new friends that give you stuff! I can't thank NissanNurse enough for the tickets.

So back to reality and resisting temptations today. Will cycle tonight for XT.

I am so glad you had a great time!! I was hoping you had better seats, but it was the whole trip experience that counts, right? My wife loved her bag!! She's still trying to figure out where you came up with the UK patch. That was sooooooo thoughtful of you. Have a great week and I'll see ya on Saturday (good Lord willin' and the creek don't rise....) as they say down south.

I saw where you said that Banana Pudding was an absolute favorite of yours so I thought I'd share... I make a recipe that can be altered depending on exactly what you are trying to "cut", but here goes... Pkg of sugar free VANILLA pudding, fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, light cool whip, sugar free vanilla waffers, and use skim milk to make the pudding. This makes a very rich tasting pudding. I will have to go back and claculate, because I have continued to make it, but have not watched portion size or calculated specific caloric makeup recently. When you prepare it just add total cals, fat gs, etc and divide by number of servings. I have even thought about putting it in ups and freezing it (like pudding pops) but have not actually tried that. It really is better after sitting a few hours or overnight in the fridge. It always gets raves even though it is sugar / fat free.
