Bring on the Body Glide!

Heat, sweat, fat, friction...Ouch!

Did my 11 miles in Shreveport on a nice trail that follows the Red River for about 5 miles. Up and back, and a little extra. For some reason I got some severe chafing under my left arm. First time that's happened...same clothes I always wear, but I'm wondering if I've lost some inches in my arms and chest that made the fabric looser and more prone to chafe. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

Boy that 11 miles was tough here in Clinton. I'm glad you survived!! Have a good week and I'm going to miss you at the track. :-(

That's cute! I have the same problem on my thighs. It's miserable. Body Glide does help, until you sweat and chafe it off! Isn't it wonderful to be a woman?!

Ouch on the chafing! I have had the same problem but mainly when I wear a shirt with sleeves!

and you are the most traveling woman!! glad you had fun. i haven't been to the saturday runs, but i think i'll go this saturday, and bike. couldn't possibly hurt!
