I spent the last 4 days at my Mom's and was able to walk every day (except Friday, which I took off and really enjoyed that!). Wasn't able to XT, but walked instead. Feel great.
I have a treadmill tape I use when I walk at home on the treadmill. I used it tonight when I got home from work. I can tell I'm making progress because when I started all of this I couldn't do the sections that were 3.5 mph for very long. Now I can do all of those (even those on a 7% incline), all of the 4 mph (no incline and only about 4 min out of 30) and a little (about a minute) of the 4.5 mph section. Yippee! It really gets my heart rate up, too.
I am enjoying everyone's blogs and am looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. I missed last week, but won't miss this next one. I hope everyone has a good week training and getting stronger.

your tape sounds like a great motivator. you should be proud that you can do 4mph. much better than many of the rest of us!
no, i haven't been to Target yet. maybe by this weekend. i guess i need to, since it's gonna be hot this week!!
