I am a tee-shirt person. When I die, I want everyone to come to the wake dressed casually in tee shirts and jeans. I want to be in my casket in a tee shirt -- not a "casket dress".
Now, though, I might change my mind and ask to be buried in technical clothes! I got a couple of shirts (loose fitting like a T-shirt) and love the feel -- light and slinky. Made me feel like a marathoner!
Good workout today on the stationary bike for 40 minutes. Kept heart rate in 135-145 range.

Just think - after October 7 you'll have a medal to add to your final ensemble! What a way to go!
